Samvardhana Motherson Faces Financial Challenges Amid Strong Revenue and Capital Management

Samvardhana Motherson International has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting challenges in its performance metrics for the quarter ending June 2025. The company reported a significant decline in its financial score, indicating a downturn in its overall financial health.
On a positive note, the company achieved its highest return on capital employed (ROCE) at 13.71% and maintained a low debt-equity ratio of 0.49 times, showcasing effective capital management.
