The company maintains a low debt-equity ratio and effective receivables management, although it faces challenges with its return on capital employed.
Sansera Engineering, a midcap player in the auto components and equipment sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its improved performance metrics for the quarter ending March 2025. The company reported a notable operating profit to interest ratio, reaching 13.21 times, indicating strong operational efficiency. Additionally, the profit after tax (PAT) hit a record high of Rs 59.27 crore, while net sales also peaked at Rs 781.65 crore.

The company's financial health is further underscored by a low debt-equity ratio of 0.15 times and a robust debtors turnover ratio of 6.64 times, showcasing effective management of receivables. Earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 9.58, contributing to a positive outlook.

However, challenges remain, particularly with a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 11.47%, which is currently the lowest for the half-year period. The profit before depreciation, interest, and tax (PBDIT) also recorded a low of Rs 127.05 crore.

In terms of market performance, Sansera Engineering has outperformed the Sensex over various time frames, including a 30.38% return over the past year compared to the Sensex's 8.17%. This trend highlights the company's resilience and potential in a competitive market landscape.
