Shristi Infrastructure Reports Record Sales Amid Ongoing Financial Challenges and Reliance on Non-Core Income

Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a notable shift in its performance metrics for the quarter ending March 2025. The company reported its highest net sales at Rs 41.35 crore and a peak profit after tax of Rs 3.76 crore, indicating a positive trajectory in revenue generation.
However, challenges remain evident in other areas. The operating profit to interest ratio stands at a concerning -10.57 times, while the profit before depreciation, interest, and taxes (PBDIT) is reported at Rs -48.43 crore. Additionally, the profit before tax, adjusted for other income, is at a low of Rs -53.03 crore, highlighting ongoing financial pressures. Notably, non-operating income constitutes a significant 887.96% of profit before tax, suggesting reliance on non-core activities for financial support.

In terms of market performance, Shristi Infra's stock has shown mixed results compared to the Sensex. Over the past week and month, the stock has outperformed the index, but year-to-date and longer-term returns reveal a decline, with a 12.41% drop year-to-date and a 62.40% decrease over the past decade.
