Simplex Infrastructures Reports Strong Cash Flow Amid Mixed Financial Performance Trends

Simplex Infrastructures, a small-cap player in the construction industry, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment reflecting its improved performance metrics for the quarter ending September 2025. The company reported a notable operating cash flow of Rs 207.87 crore, marking a significant achievement. Additionally, profit before tax, excluding other income, rose to Rs 3.77 crore, showcasing a growth rate of 121.04%. The profit after tax for the quarter also saw a remarkable increase, reaching Rs 8.29 crore, which represents a growth of 176.9%.
On the balance sheet front, Simplex Infrastructures reported the highest cash and cash equivalents at Rs 207.73 crore and maintained a low debt-equity ratio of 1.97 times, indicating a solid financial position. The operating profit to net sales ratio stood at 6.44%, further highlighting operational efficiency.

However, challenges remain, as the profit after tax for the nine-month period showed a decline of 68.20%, and net sales for the quarter decreased by 7.49%. Additionally, non-operating income constituted a significant portion of profit before tax, at 71.09%.
