SRG Housing Finance has adjusted its valuation, revealing a PE ratio of 18.35 and an enterprise value to EBITDA ratio of 10.32. While it faces competition from GIC Housing Finance, which has a lower PE ratio, SRG has shown resilience with a five-year return of 153.10%.
SRG Housing Finance has recently undergone a valuation adjustment, reflecting its current financial standing within the housing finance sector. The company, classified as a microcap, has reported a price-to-earnings (PE) ratio of 18.35 and an enterprise value to EBITDA ratio of 10.32. These metrics indicate a competitive positioning in the market, although they suggest a higher valuation relative to some peers.

In comparison, GIC Housing Finance stands out with a significantly lower PE ratio of 6.82 and an enterprise value to EBITDA of 11.17, marking it as a more attractive option in the sector. Other competitors, such as Star Housing Finance, exhibit a PE ratio of 27.69, while Reliance Home and Ruparel Food are currently facing challenges, being classified as loss-making entities.

SRG Housing's return metrics show a mixed performance, with a year-to-date decline of 17.25%, contrasting with a modest 4.65% gain in the Sensex. Over a longer horizon, the company has demonstrated resilience, with a five-year return of 153.10%, outpacing the Sensex's 103.50%.
