Tamil Nadu Petro Products has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a notable performance in the petrochemicals sector. The company reported a significant financial performance for the quarter ending September 2025, with its score rising to 22, indicating a strong upward trajectory over the past three months.
Key metrics highlight the company's strengths, particularly in operating cash flow, which reached a record Rs 206.60 crore. The profit before tax, excluding other income, surged to Rs 31.71 crore, marking an impressive growth of 87% compared to the previous four-quarter average. Additionally, the profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs 34.24 crore, reflecting a remarkable growth rate of 91.6%. The return on capital employed also reached a high of 10.85%, and the debtors turnover ratio was at its peak of 22.57 times, showcasing efficient management of receivables.

However, the company faces challenges, particularly with cash and cash equivalents, which are at their lowest level of Rs 289.76 crore.

In terms of market performance, Tamil Nadu Petro Products has outperformed the Sensex over various time frames, including a year-to-date return of 36.38% compared to the Sensex's 8.41%.
