TVS Electronics has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a flat performance for the quarter ending September 2025. The company's evaluation revision indicates a notable improvement in key financial metrics over the past three months. Among the positive indicators, TVS Electronics reported its highest operating profit to interest ratio at 2.79 times, alongside net sales reaching Rs 127.50 crore and a PBDIT of Rs 4.77 crore. The operating profit to net sales ratio also stood strong at 3.74%, with a profit after tax of Rs 1.55 crore and earnings per share of Rs 0.83, showcasing robust operational efficiency.
However, challenges remain. The company's interest expenses have risen to Rs 3.37 crore, marking a growth of 24.81%. Additionally, the debt-equity ratio is at its highest level of 0.69 times, and cash and cash equivalents have dipped to Rs 3.35 crore. The debtors turnover ratio is also at a low of 5.53 times, indicating potential liquidity concerns.
In terms of market performance, TVS Electronics has significantly outperformed the Sensex across various time frames, with a remarkable 604.59% return over the past five years compared to the Sensex's 94.99%. This strong return underscores the company's resilience and market positioning within the IT hardware sector.
