The company's recent performance metrics reveal a challenging landscape, with net sales declining at an annual rate of 14.97% and operating profit down by 34.38% over the last five years. Uniparts India has reported negative results for the past eight consecutive quarters, with the latest quarterly profit after tax falling by 23.9% to Rs 19.14 crore.

Institutional investor participation has also waned, with a 0.61% decrease in stake over the last quarter, bringing their total ownership to 9.65%.
