Vistar Amar, a microcap in the FMCG sector, reported strong quarterly performance metrics for June 2025, including significant increases in PBDIT, PBT, and PAT. However, challenges persist with a 30.08% decline in net sales and PAT over nine months, highlighting ongoing revenue growth difficulties amid mixed stock performance.
Vistar Amar, a microcap player in the FMCG sector, has recently undergone a financial trend adjustment, reflecting a notable shift in its performance metrics for the quarter ending June 2025. The company reported its highest quarterly figures in several key areas, including PBDIT at Rs 2.22 crore, PBT less other income at Rs 1.56 crore, and PAT at Rs 1.03 crore, alongside an EPS of Rs 1.79. These results indicate a strong operational performance during the quarter.

However, challenges remain evident in the company's net sales and PAT over the nine-month period, which have both contracted by 30.08%, resulting in net sales of Rs 39.43 crore and a PAT of Rs -0.56 crore. This decline highlights ongoing difficulties in maintaining revenue growth.

In terms of market performance, Vistar Amar's stock has shown mixed results compared to the Sensex. Over the past year, the stock has declined by 25.24%, contrasting with a modest 2.01% gain in the Sensex. Yet, over a five-year horizon, Vistar Amar has significantly outperformed the index, with a remarkable return of 605.26%. This juxtaposition underscores the company's volatile journey in the market, reflecting both its potential and the hurdles it faces.
