Wealth First Portfolio Managers has faced a challenging financial environment, reporting a significant decline in key metrics for the quarter ending March 2025. Key figures include a substantial drop in net sales and profit after tax, alongside negative earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization. The company's stock performance has also been mixed compared to the Sensex.
Wealth First Portfolio Managers has recently undergone a significant evaluation revision, reflecting a challenging financial landscape for the company. In the quarter ending March 2025, the firm reported a notable decline in key performance metrics. Net sales for the latest six months stood at Rs 12.99 crore, experiencing a substantial contraction of 56.07%. The company's profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter was recorded at Rs -4.29 crore, marking a drastic fall of 130.9%.

Additionally, the company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (PBDIT) reached a low of Rs -6.23 crore, with the operating profit to net sales ratio at a concerning 0.00%. The profit before tax, adjusted for other income, was also at its lowest, recorded at Rs -6.38 crore, while earnings per share (EPS) fell to Rs -4.02.

In terms of market performance, Wealth First's stock has shown mixed results compared to the Sensex. Over the past year, the stock has returned 11.49%, while the Sensex has returned 13.01%. However, year-to-date, Wealth First has seen a decline of 38.32%, contrasting with the Sensex's modest gain of 5.41%. Despite past successes, including a remarkable 981.48% return over five years, the current financial trends indicate significant challenges ahead for the company.
