Wendt India Faces Financial Challenges Amid Declining Profit and Sales Metrics

Wendt India, a small-cap player in the industrial products sector, has recently experienced a financial trend adjustment reflecting its performance in the quarter ending June 2025. The company's financial metrics indicate a challenging period, with a notable decline in several key areas.
Operating cash flow reached a high of Rs 33.64 crore, showcasing some operational strength. However, the company faced significant setbacks, including a 61.7% drop in profit after tax, which stood at Rs 3.78 crore compared to the previous four-quarter average. The debtors turnover ratio was recorded at 3.38 times, the lowest in recent history, while the operating profit to net sales ratio fell to 13.95%. Additionally, earnings per share dropped to Rs 18.90, marking a challenging financial landscape for the company.
