El Nino Ventures Inc. (ELN) is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. The Company's projects include Bathurst JV Base Metals Project (the BJVP Project), Murray Brook Project and Kasala Project. The Company also has an interest in the Bancroft properties, which consist of the Halo Project and the Silver Crater Project and include certain claims east of the town of Bancroft, Ontario, Canada. The BJVP Project consists of various claims owned approximately 50%:50% between ELN and Glencore Canada Corporation (Glencore), in the prolific Bathurst Mining Camp of New Brunswick, Canada. The Murray Brook deposit is a polymetallic, volcanic hosted sulfide deposit in the Bathurst Mining Camp (BMC) with open pit mining potential. It focuses to acquire an interest in certain mineral research permits (the Kasala Mineral Research Permits).
