Goliath Resources Ltd, formerly Bitumen Capital Inc, is a Canada-based precious metals exploration company. The Company focuses in the Golden Triangle and surrounding area of British Columbia, Canada. It has options to fully acquire the Lucky Strike, Golddigger, Copperhead and Bingo Projects from the J2 Syndicate (J2S). The Lucky Strike property covers approximately 23,000 hectares and is approximately three kilometers to a major highway and approximately 40 kilometers north of major infrastructure in Terrace British Columbia (BC). The Golddigger property covers approximately 8,000 hectares and is located on tide water approximately 30 kilometers south east of Stewart BC in the Golden Triangle. The Copperhead property covers approximately 4,000 hectares and is located approximately 30 kilometers from Smithers BC. The Bingo property covers approximately 800 hectares and is approximately10 kilometers from Anyox historic town site.
