Ares Strategic Mining Inc., formerly Lithium Energy Products Inc., is a mining company. The Company is engaged in producing fluorspar mine in United States. The Company’s project includes Lost Sheep, Jackpot Lake, and Wilcox Playa. The Company’s Lost Sheep fluorspar mine and its surrounding claims are located at the Spor Mountain area, Juab County, Utah. The project consists of 108 claims spanning a 2,100 acres area. The Jackpot Lake is located in Nevada. It has over 140 mineral claims comprising approximately 2,800 acres. The Wilcox Playa Basin consist of two land packages in Arizona, consisting of 1,434 acres in the Wilcox Playa Basin; a dry lakebed in southeastern Arizona, and 289 acres in the Little Rock Target in Yavapai County, Arizona.
