Oracle Energy Corp. is an exploration-stage company engaged in the oil and gas exploration and development business. The Company is engaged in acquiring, exploring and evaluating oil and gas properties, and developing these properties further or disposing of them when the evaluation is completed. It operates in the oil and gas exploration business segment. The Company is focused on obtaining producing and development concessions in the prolific West Africa basins and in particular in Nigeria. The Company is evaluating other opportunities in the West African basins and in particular, Nigeria. The Company has evaluated various potential opportunities and is engaged with its investment banker in direct negotiations on acquisition and funding of near term producing opportunities. It has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Bolad Energy Company Ltd. and Greenacres Energy Company Ltd. The Company has not generated any revenues.
