Riverside Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is a mineral exploration and evaluation company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of exploration and evaluation assets in the Americas, including Canada, the United States and Mexico. The Company's properties include Penoles Property, Sugarloaf Peak Property, Tajitos Property, Clemente Property, La Silla Property, Bacoachi Property, Antofagasta Exploration Alliance Property and Hochschild Exploration Alliance. The Company owns two mining concessions covering approximately 2,300 hectares in the La Silla district in Sinaloa. The Company's Ariel Project is located 30 kilometers East-South-East (ESE) of the La Caridad Cu-Mo porphyry mine and 24 kilometers Southeast (SE) of the Los Alisos Cu porphyry prospect. The Company's 61-square kilometer Tajitos Gold Project is located in the heart of the Sonora-Mojave Megashear Gold Belt.
