Sierra Madre Developments Inc. is a mineral exploration. The Company is focused on the acquisition and exploration for precious metals on mineral properties, with holdings in Mexico and Canada. The Company’s primary focus is its agreement with Riverside Resources Inc. (Riverside), which gives the Company an option to acquire up to approximately 65% interest in the Penoles Project located in Durango State, Mexico. The Penoles property includes two historic silver mines (known as the Jesus Maria and San Rafael) and a partially defined bulk tonnage oxide gold target (known as El Capitan). The Company also holds an option to acquire around 100% interest in the Harrison Gold Project located in south western BC. The Harrison Gold Project claims cover several intrusion related gold occurrences. The Company has a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, Minera Sierra Madre Exploracion SA de CV (Minera) and a wholly owned BC Corporation Bear Mountain Gold Mines Ltd. (BearMountain).
