CT Land Development PLC is engaged in the business of development of property, administration and maintenance. The Company owns and operates the Majestic City shopping mall-cum-entertainment complex. The complex consists of a range of shops offering brands and an array of products. The facilities include international brands and fashion boutiques; supermarket; fast food and drinks; food zone; amusement center for children; perfumes and cosmetics, gift items, gems and jewelry, eye wear, fashion accessories, watches and clocks, sports and fitness goods, handicrafts, stationery, household and electronic goods, mobile phones and accessories, and computer equipment; hair and beauty salon, tea center, money changer, graphics and photographic studio; banks and automated teller machines, and multiplex with approximately four screens. The complex is spread over an area of approximately 250,000 square feet, with approximately three floors of shopping space sited around an Atrium.
