Novus Group International AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in conducting market research and opinion surveys, as well as providing consultancy services. Its operations are structured into three business areas: Novus Opinion, Market and Loyalty. The Nous Opinion area offers public opinion pools, voters' behavior measuring and consulting. The Market area offers pre- and after-tests, campaign measurement, concept and product testing, and knowledge surveys, among others. The Loyalty area offers services within the area of strengthening customer loyalty, such as customer surveys and panels, employee surveys and panels, as well as interactive dialogues. In the process of the collation of data, the Company utilizes the short message service (SMS) platform and the Internet, as well as other, traditional methods, such as telephone research, focus groups and postal contact. As of June 30, 2012, its largest shareholder was ALS Invest AB (61.81%).
