Carlyle Commodities Corp is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The Company holds an option to earn a 100% interest in the Cecilia Gold-Silver Project located in the State of Sonora, Mexico. The Company also wholly owns the Star, Porcher, Peneece and Blackie properties located along tidewater in western British Columbia (B.C).The Blackie vanadium property is in west-central British Columbia, approximately 96kilometer south-southwest from Prince Rupert. The Peneece vanadium project is located at Seymour Inlet, southwest British Columbia, approximately 85kilometer east of Vancouver Island. The Porcher vanadium property is in west-central British Columbia, approximately 38km south-southwest from Prince Rupert.
