Offtec Holding Group Plc, formerly Offtec Investment Group, is a Jordan-based public shareholding company that, together with its subsidiaries, provides office, health care and banking equipments and furniture, integrated solutions, information technology (IT) solutions, leasing and customer loyalty programs. The Company also offers loans and finance to its subsidiaries. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries, among others, include Jordan Scientific Library Ltd, which is engaged in import and export for all types of goods and machinery; OFFTEC Trading and Leasing Company Ltd, which trades office equipments, and OFFTEC International Investment Company Ltd, which offers all types of investments, marketing activities, among others. As of September 2012, the Company had two affiliate companies namely e-Points and e-Points International.
