Chorus Aviation Inc. is a Canada-based company that provides regional aviation solutions. The Company offers a range of regional aviation support services. It operates through two segments: Regional Aviation Services segment and Regional Aircraft Leasing segment. The Regional Aviation Services segment includes contract flying, including aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance and charter operations and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, including parts provisioning and sales and technical services that are carried on by Jazz and Voyageur. Aircraft leasing under the capacity purchase agreement and aircraft leasing by Voyageur to third parties are also included in the Regional Aviation Services segment. The Regional Aircraft Leasing segment leases aircraft to third parties through Chorus Aviation Capital Corp. Its portfolio of leased aircraft includes approximately 60 aircraft comprising ATR 72-600s, Dash 8-400s, CRJ1000s, CRJ900s, E190s, E195s and Airbus A220-300s.
