Starcore International Mines Ltd. (Starcore) is engaged in exploring, extracting and processing gold and silver through its subsidiary, Compania Minera Pena de Bernal, S.A. de C.V. (Bernal), which holds interest in the San Martin mine in Queretaro, Mexico. The Company is also engaged in acquiring mining related operating assets and exploration assets in North America directly and through corporate acquisitions. Its San Martin Mine is located approximately 50 kilometers east of the City of Queretaro, Mexico, consists of mining concessions covering approximately 12,990 hectares. Its El Creston molybdenum property is located in the State of Sonora, Mexico. Its Ajax Molybdenum Property consists of approximately 11,720 hectares. Its Molybrook molybdenum property is located on the south coast of Newfoundland.
