Elemental Royalties Corp, formerly Fengro Industries Corp, is a Canada-based precious metals royalty company. The Company has a diversified portfolio of royalties providing exposure primarily to gold and silver producing assets. Its portfolio assets include Wahgnion, Amancaya, Mercedes, Kwale and Mt. Pleasant. Wahgnion asset is located in the Province of Leraba, Cascades Region, southwestern Burkina Faso, 90 km southwest of the town of Banfora and approximately 510 km southwest of Ouagadougou. The Amancaya Project is located in the Taltal Commune, in Antofagasta Province (Region II) of Chile. Mercedes mine is located in the state of Sonora, northwest Mexico within the Cucurpe municipality 250 km northeast of Hermosillo. Kwale project is located approximately 50km south of Mombasa, Kenya, and eight km inland from the Indian Ocean. Mt Pleasant Project is located 40km northwest of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.
