Creative Newtech Ltd's latest Q4 FY26 results show strong year-on-year revenue growth of 83.17% to ₹740.81 crores, but a sequential decline of 18.95% raises concerns about sustainability. While net profit increased 29.57% year-on-year to ₹17.79 crores, it fell 23.88% from the previous quarter, indicating challenges in maintaining profitability despite robust sales growth.
Creative Newtech Ltd's latest financial results for Q4 FY26 present a mixed picture. The company achieved net sales of ₹740.81 crores, reflecting a substantial year-on-year growth of 83.17% compared to ₹404.43 crores in Q4 FY25. This marks the highest quarterly revenue in the company's history, indicating strong operational scaling. However, there was a sequential decline in revenue of 18.95% from the previous quarter, which raises questions about the sustainability of this growth.
On the profitability front, the net profit for the quarter was ₹17.79 crores, showing a year-on-year increase of 29.57% from ₹13.73 crores in Q4 FY25. Despite this positive growth compared to the previous year, the net profit experienced a significant sequential decline of 23.88% from ₹23.37 crores in Q3 FY26. This decline, coupled with a decrease in the profit after tax margin to 2.40% from 3.41% in the same quarter last year, suggests that while revenue growth is robust, it is not translating effectively into bottom-line performance. The operating margin, excluding other income, improved to 4.02%, the highest level in eight quarters, indicating enhanced operational efficiency. However, the increase in interest costs, which rose to ₹7.18 crores from ₹2.93 crores year-on-year, reflects the company's growing working capital needs, adding pressure on margins. Overall, Creative Newtech's results highlight a strong revenue growth trajectory alongside challenges in maintaining profitability and managing costs. The company saw an adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting the complexities of its operational dynamics. Investors may want to monitor the company's ability to convert revenue growth into sustainable profit and cash flow generation in the coming quarters.
