KCP has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a mix of operational trends. The company experienced a year-on-year growth in Profit Before Tax (PBT) of 116.99%, reaching Rs 80.07 crore, while the Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a notable increase of 89.4%, amounting to Rs 63.49 crore. Additionally, the Earnings per Share (EPS) reached Rs 4.93, marking the highest level in the last five quarters, which indicates a positive trend in profitability for shareholders. Furthermore, KCP's cash and cash equivalents were reported at Rs 977.93 crore, the highest in the last six half-yearly periods, reflecting an enhancement in short-term liquidity.

On the other hand, the company faced challenges with quarterly interest expenses rising to Rs 8.93 crore, which represents a significant increase of 38.45% quarter on quarter, suggesting higher borrowing costs.

In terms of sales performance, KCP reported a slight decline in net sales, with a year-on-year growth of -2.10%, compared to a previous decline of -7.14% in June 2024. The consolidated net profit growth was reported at 97.54%, a substantial increase from 6.04% in the prior year.
