Capri Global Capital Reports Strong Financial Growth Amid Rising Debt Concerns in August 2025

Capri Global Capital, a midcap player in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The results, declared on August 1, 2025, indicate a very positive financial performance, although the stock's evaluation has experienced a revision in its score, moving from 29 to 27 over the past three months.
The financial highlights for Capri Global reveal significant growth in key metrics. Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached Rs 228.77 crore, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 132.47%. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 174.90 crore, also showing a robust year-on-year growth of 131.0%. Net sales hit a record high of Rs 1,003.78 crore, marking a 39.87% increase year-on-year, and demonstrating consistent growth over the last five quarters. Operating Profit (PBDIT) also reached its highest level at Rs 647.43 crore, indicating a positive trend.

However, challenges remain, particularly with the Debt-Equity Ratio, which has risen to 3.62 times, suggesting an increase in borrowing to support operations. Additionally, while non-operating income has reached Rs 1.23 crore, its sustainability may be in question.
