Just Dial Reports Record High Sales and Profits Amid Concerns Over Non-Operating Income, March 2025

Just Dial, a midcap player in the IT software industry, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The evaluation changes reflect a notable shift in its score, which has adjusted to 11 from 18 over the past three months.
The financial data indicates several positive trends for Just Dial. The company reported net sales of Rs 289.20 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters, with a consistent growth trajectory observed each quarter. Additionally, the profit before tax (PBT) reached Rs 70.88 crore, showcasing a year-on-year growth of 26.44%. The profit after tax (PAT) also hit a record high of Rs 157.60 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year increase of 36.3%. Furthermore, earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 18.53, indicating enhanced profitability and greater earnings for shareholders.

However, the financial results also highlight some concerns. Non-operating income constituted 60.52% of the profit before tax, suggesting a reliance on income from non-business activities, which may not support a sustainable business model in the long term.
