The latest open interest stands at 29,676 contracts, reflecting a rise of 4,182 contracts or 16.4% from the previous open interest of 25,494. This uptick in open interest comes alongside a trading volume of 69,301 contracts, indicating robust activity in the market.
In terms of price performance, Kalyan Jewellers has outperformed its sector by 3.98%, recovering from three consecutive days of decline. The stock reached an intraday high of Rs 494.95, marking an increase of 8.06% for the day. The weighted average price suggests that more volume was traded closer to the lower price range, while the stock's moving averages indicate it is currently above the 5-day, 20-day, and 50-day averages, but below the 100-day and 200-day averages.

Despite a notable drop in delivery volume, which fell by 45.91% compared to the 5-day average, Kalyan Jewellers maintains a market capitalization of Rs 50,700.21 crore, positioning it as a large-cap entity in the industry. Overall, the increase in open interest and the stock's recent performance highlight a dynamic trading environment for Kalyan Jewellers.
