The Company also manufactures various types of electronic equipment for the aviation, defense, space, industrial, medical, telecommunications and electronics industries. The Company operates through two segments: Flight Support Group (FSG) and Electronic Technologies Group (ETG). The Company also overhauls industrial pumps, motors and other hydraulic units with a focus on the support of legacy systems for the United States Navy. The FSG segment consists of HEICO Aerospace Holdings Corp. and HEICO Flight Support Corp. and their collective subsidiaries. The ETG segment consists of HEICO Electronic Technologies Corp. and its subsidiaries. Its subsidiary, Connect Tech Inc, designs and manufactures embedded computing solutions and offers both standard commercial products, as well as custom design services.
