The FSG segment consists of HEICO Aerospace Holdings Corp. and HEICO Flight Support Corp. and their collective subsidiaries. The ETG segment consists of HEICO Electronic Technologies Corp. and its subsidiaries. Its subsidiary, Connect Tech Inc, designs and manufactures embedded computing solutions and offers both standard commercial products, as well as custom design services.
