The Company’s operating portfolio consists of approximately 64 operating assets comprising over 44 commercial assets totaling approximately 13.3 million square feet and 20 multifamily assets totaling over 7,367 units. In addition, JBG SMITH’s third-party asset management and real estate services business provides fee-based real estate services to the JBG Legacy Funds, the WHI Impact Pool and other third parties.
