Aevis Victoria SA, formerly Aevis Holding SA, is a Switzerland-based holding company engaged in the investment services sector. It invests in the healthcare, life sciences, hotels and lifestyles industries. Its activities are carried out in four segments. The Private Clinics segment includes Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA, a group of private clinics; Clinique Spontini SAS, a plastic surgery clinic; and IRJB Institut de Radiologie du Jura Bernois SA, which offers radiology services and ophthalmology consultancy; among others. The Other Healthcare and Wellness Activities segment includes Nescens SA, which operates better aging check-up centers; and AS Ambulance Services SA, specializing in transporting patients; among others. The Hotels segment includes Victoria-Jungfrau Collection AG, a hotel group. The Real Estate Revenue segment includes Swiss Healthcare Properties AG, a medical real estate company, and Patrimonium Healthcare Property Advisors AG, among others.
