Alternative Income REIT PLC, formerly AEW UK Long Lease REIT PLC, is a United Kingdom-based, closed-ended investment company. The Company intends to carry on business as a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company’s investment objective is to invest in a diversified portfolio of the United Kingdom properties, predominately in alternative and specialist sectors. The Company will invest in freehold and long leasehold properties across the whole spectrum of the United Kingdom property sector, but with a focus on alternative and specialist real estate sectors, including leisure, hotels, healthcare, education, logistics, automotive, supported living and student accommodation. The Company intends to invest in a diversified portfolio across both properties and tenants. Mason Owen & Partners Ltd is the property manager of the Company.
