The Company's primary assets are its equity interests in its subsidiaries, including Ameren Missouri, Ameren Illinois and Ameren Transmission Company (ATXI). The Company operates through four segments: Ameren Missouri, Ameren Illinois Electric Distribution, Ameren Illinois Natural Gas and Ameren Transmission.
