American Potash Corp.

Minerals & Mining

New Tech Minerals Corp, formerly New Tech Lithium Corp, is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. It engages in the acquisition and development of potash mineral deposits in the United States and elsewhere. The Company's project is the Green River Potash Project (GRPP), which comprises more than 10 state potash leases totaling approximately 3,000 hectares. The GRPP is situated approximately 32 kilometers west of Moab in the Paradox Basin in Utah, which contains the stratigraphic sequence of evaporite/salt layers. It also holds potash prospecting permits and permit applications (PPAs) totaling 17,767 hectares and 160 lithium placer claims totaling 1,295 hectares staked over a portion of the federal potash PPA area. It holds 100% title to the potash mineralization through the state leases, including all chlorides, sulfates, carbonates, borates, silicates and nitrates of potassium; 100% title to the lithium placer claims through staking, and a 100% option on the PPAs.
