Aston Bay Holdings Ltd. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is a mineral exploration and development company involved in the acquisition and exploration of resource properties located in North America. The Company is engaged in copper and zinc exploration, and is focused on advancing its Storm Copper project. The Storm Copper project is located approximately 112 kilometers south of the community of Resolute Bay, Nunavut on northwest Somerset Island, Canada. The Storm Copper project consists of approximately 73 claims, including 16 active prospecting permits and 57 mineral claims, covering an area of approximately 395,000 hectares. The Company has not commenced commercial operations. Aston Bay Ventures Ltd. is the Company's subsidiary.
