aXichem AB (publ) is a Sweden-based biochemical company. It develops an eco-friendly solution, Phenylcapsaicin. Phenylcapsaicin is a non-toxic antifouling agent, which can be used in the shipping industry, as it keeps vessels free from fouling. Additionally, the Company holds several world patents for alternative uses and applications of phenylcapsaicin. Phenylcapsaicin can be applied as bio-repellent against all living organisms in settings where animals cause damage to human installations. The Company’s products comprise bio-repellents, feed ingredients, food and dietary supplements, which contain synthetically produced and patented capsaicin, traded as aXiphen. The Company’s shareholders are MANAKIN LTD, BLACK ARROW LTD and LMK VENTURES AB, among others.
