Aztec International SA is a Poland-based producer of bonded washers, roof flashings and fasteners. The Company is also engaged in powder painting services. The Company’s offer portfolio consists of saddle washers, screws, rivets, anchors and coatings, among others. Aztec International SA is a cooperating partner of American Aztec Washer Inc. The Company operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, Aztec UK Ltd, based in the United Kingdom and Aztec Dichtscheiben GmbH, based in Germany. On July 29, 2014, Bimecom SA was established and Aztec International SA took over 60% of its stake.
