CANEX Metals Inc, formerly Northern Abitibi Mining Corp, is a Canada-based company that is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and development in Canada. The Company operates under one business segment, which is mineral exploration and all exploration activities are undertaken in Canada. The Company’s properties include: the Cariboo Gold Property and the Gibson Property. The Cariboo Gold Property is located in central British Columbia approximately 30 kilometers southeast of Quesnel, British Columbia, Canada. Majority of deposits located south and southeast of the Cariboo Gold Property include the QR Mine, the Gibraltar Mine, the Mt. Polley Mine, and the Spanish Mountain and Woodjam projects. The Gibson Property is approximately 900 hectares in size and is located in central British Columbia, approximately 95 kilometers northwest of Fort St. James. The Gibson Property contains gold-silver mineralization.
