It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties in Argentina. The Company’s principal property, Diabillos, is an epithermal Precious Epi thermal Precious Metal Project in the Province of Salta in northwestern Argentina. Diabillos is located in a developing mineral province in northwestern Argentina. It additionally has rights to the Cerro Amarillo property in the Province of Mendoza, the Samenta property in the Province of Salta, and the Aguas Perdidas property in Chubut Province all in Argentina. The Cerro Amarillo property is located in the Province of Mendoza in west central Argentina. The Samenta property is located in the Province of Salta in northwestern Argentina. The Aguas Perdidas property is located in the Province of Chubut in the Patagonian Region of Argentina.
