Actia Group SA, formerly Actielec Technologies SA, is a France-based electronic equipment manufacturing company. The Company has two divisions, the Automotive Division, engaged in the design and distribution of electronic diagnostics systems for cars and trucks and vehicle testing equipment, the design and distribution of onboard electronics for industrial and military vehicles, as well as the development of complex electronic systems, and the Telecom Division, principally involved in the production of signal transmission and reception equipment, information transmission products and ground stations systems. The Company’s clients include Volvo, Somfy, Thales, Siemes, Airbus, France Telecom, Boeing, Media Broadcast and AFP, among others. As of December 31, 2013, Actia Group operated through offices located in the USA, Poland and China, among others.
