ADM Energy PLC, formerly MX Oil plc, is an investment company. The Company primarily invests in natural resources, minerals, metals, and oil and gas projects. The Company is a resources company primarily targeting near term production assets in various oil and gas jurisdictions, such as Mexico and Nigeria. The Company has investments in the Nigerian OML 113, which consists of the Aje field and over nine other additional prospects that serves the Company with a near-term producing asset. OML 113 covers an area of approximately 840 square kilometers offshore Nigeria close to the Benin border. Aje has multiple oil, gas and gas condensate reservoirs in the Turonian, Cenomanian and Albian sandstones. The Company has drilled approximately five wells in the OML 113 property. The Company's subsidiary is Geo Estratos MXOil, SAPI de CV, which is engaged in oil exploration.
