Castle Peak Mining Ltd., formerly Critical Capital Corporation, is a junior exploration company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of early-stage gold properties. The Company operates through the segment of acquisition, exploration and evaluation of exploration and evaluation assets in Ghana. The Company's material properties are the Nkwanta, Asuogya and Ayiem concessions located within the Company's Akorade gold project. The Akorade is an early-stage exploration project consisting of over nine contiguous mineral concessions covering a total of approximately 220 square kilometers situated within the Ashanti Gold Belt, south-west Ghana. The licenses are known as Nkwanta, Ayiem, Asuogya, POW, Kedadwen (Essamang), Bonsaso, Dompem, Enyinase and Great Yorkshire (Simpa). The Company has completed approximately 40 holes totaling over 7,600 meters on three identified targets. It has completed approximately 12,580 meters of diamond drilling.
