Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust owns and operates a portfolio of single-tenant net leased commercial properties. The Trust’s investment strategy is to acquire, own and operate primarily freestanding, single-tenant commercial real estate properties primarily located in target markets leased primarily to triple-net, long-term leases. The Trust seeks to maximize cash flow and value per share by generating stable and growing cash flows and risk-adjusted returns through owning, operating and growing a diversified portfolio of single-tenant, net-leased commercial properties with long-term real estate fundamentals.
