The REIT invests primarily in properties with 80% or greater occupancy at the time of purchase. The REIT’s portfolio includes 421 W. 54th Street - Hit Factory; 400 E. 67th Street - Laurel Condominium; 200 Riverside Boulevard - ICON Garage; 9 Times Square, 123 William Street; 1140 Avenue of the Americas; 8713 Fifth Avenue, and 196 Orchard Street.
