An Pha Petroleum Group Joint Stock Company, formerly An Pha S.G. Petrol Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based distributor of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The Company merchandises and distributes LPG for household and industrial usage. It is also involved in the offering of marine transportation and storage services of LPG and petroleum, as well as the production of LPG cylinders. The Company also installs petroleum storage tanks, repairs marine vessels and leases specialized equipment for the petroleum sector. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 99.88% of the Company's revenue came from the sale of LPG. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three subsidiaries and two affiliates.
