(Starfish), StarPay Limited (Starpay) and Delta Services Limited (Delta). Starfish holds a Curacao gaming license authorizing it to provide Internet gaming, services and products. Starfish provides online gambling services. Starpay carries out the business of processing payments through gateways for and on behalf of Starfish.
