The Cloud Nine ESL Program is a digitally based curriculum that is hosted in the cloud and delivered through the Company's Website by utilizing the Google Education platform. The Company also owns and operates an ESL school located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. It is also engaged in the development, marketing and sale of its ESL curriculum that instructors use in their classrooms to teach students aged 15 years and older. The curriculum replaces textbooks with tablets, while also replacing photocopying and paper document with instructional videos and Internet links.
