Arc Minerals Ltd is engaged in the identification, evaluation, acquisition and development of natural resource projects, located primarily in Africa. The Company is primarily engaged in discovering mineral projects particularly in the gold, copper and cobalt segments. The Company’s operated projects are Zamsort Copper-Cobalt Project, Zambia; Misisi Gold Project, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Sturec Gold Project, Slovakia. The Company through its subsidiaries in Zambia has a controlling interest in several licenses in the North-Western province in Zambia. The Misisi Gold Project is an exploration property located near the town of Misisi located 250 kilometer (km) south of Bukavu. The Sturec gold project is a gold exploration project. The project is located in central Slovakia approximately 1.5km north east of the town of Kremnica.
